The National Cinema Museum presents a screening of the film Bakroman by Gianluca and Massimiliano De Serio, presented by the directors themselves, for the festival entitled SCHERMI AFRICANI (AFRICAN SCREENS), to mark Africa Day.

Cinema Massimo – 25 May 2011, from 8.30 p.m. – Screen Three

To mark Africa Day, on 25th May, the National Cinema Museum presents the festival entitled SCHERMI AFRICANI (AFRICAN SCREENS) which will run from 25 to 27 May 2011, a series of screenings and talks for the general public and high schools, at Cinema Massimo (Via Verdi 18, Turin) and the Bibliomediateca Mario Gromo (Via Matilde Serao 8/A, Turin).

On 25 May at 6.30 p.m., in Cinema Massimo’s Screen Three, there will be a screening of Bakroman by Gianluca and Massimiliano De Serio, presented by the directors themselves (and repeated for schools on 26 May at 9.30 p.m.). Afterwards, at 8.30 p.m., Mahamat-Saleh Haroun, a filmmaker from Chad, will introduce his latest film Un homme qui crie (A Screaming Man), winner of the Jury Prize at the 2010 Cannes Film Festival.
