The outside queue can be closed in advance and without previous warning in order to clear the building before the Museum's closing time.

Animals are welcome on the ground floor of the Mole Antonelliana as long as they are on a leash and wearing a muzzle. They are only allowed inside the Museum if small, held in one's arms or carried inside a bag or pet carrier. They are not allowed in the Panoramic Lift.
Guide dogs are allowed without any restrictions.
