Throughout the year, the Museo Nazionale del Cinema manages and organises three film festivals: the Torino Film Festival, CinemAmbiente and the Lovers Film Festival, all of which showcase contemporary international cinema. TorinoFilmLab is an international laboratory dedicated to supporting emerging talent.

One of the most important cinema festivals on the national and international scene, Torino Film Festival offers a “young” kind of cinema, which is attentive to the innovation of the language of cinema, new authors and new trends.
The Festival was created to present and promote the most outstanding films about issues related to the environment on an international level. It is now the biggest green film event in Italy and among one of the most important on the international scene.

The first gay cinema festival in Italy, amongst the most important ones at international level, "Lovers Film Festival", recounts different and multi-faceted sexual geographies, but also its care and its profound love for cinema and the LGBTQI community itself.
It is an international lab dedicated to supporting emerging talent from around the world through training, development, funding and distribution programmes, with a particular focus on debut and second films.
