MANGAMANIA presents “The cruel angel theory: the world of Japanese adolescents according to Anno Hideaki”, a meeting with cartoon writer Luca Blengino.

The National Museum of Cinema presents a meeting with cartoon writer Luca Blengino entitled The cruel angel theory: the world of Japanese adolescents according to Anno Hideaki. The meeting aims to stimulate the debate on the world of Anime, starting with critical comments from guests and the public. Blengino will also discuss Evangelion and the revolution in science-fiction Anime from the early 1990s on. Afterwards, episodes from the series Neon Genesis Evangelion by Anno Hideaki (Japan 1995) will be screened.
