(Centre for Research on Actors and Stardom) dedicated to Marilyn Monroe fifty years after her demise, the National Cinema Museum renders tribute to this unforgettable diva – from Tuesday 13 to Wednesday 21 November 2012 – with a retrospective titled Today’s myths. Marilyn’s image. Amongst the dates in the programme, Giulia Carluccio and Maria Paola Pierini will introduce the film screening of Some like it hot by Billy Wilder, a milestone in American comedy and a brilliant performance by the star, Wednesday 14 November at 8.30 p.m., on Screen Three at the Cinema Massimo.
