The National Cinema Museum presents part two of NASCITA DI UNA NAZIONE (BIRTH OF A NATION)? The Risorgimento in Italian film, organised by Sergio Toffetti.

To mark the celebrations of the 150th anniversary of the Unification of Italy, the National Cinema Museum presents part two of the festival entitled Nascita di una nazione (Birth of a nation)? The Risorgimento in Italian film from 26 to 30 September 2011, in Cinema Massimo’s Screen Three. The retrospective will open with Piero Nelli’s film La pattuglia sperduta on Monday, 26 September at 4.30 p.m. Admission: 5.50/4.00/3.00 euros.

This retrospective, developed by Sergio Toffetti, has been organised by the National Cinema Museum in partnership with Rome’s Casa del Cinema and the Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia (Experimental Cinematography Centre) – National Film Archive.
