The National Cinema Museum presents the third and final part of the retrospective entitled Film according to Bergman: the masterpieces of the great Swedish master at Cinema Massimo.
Our tribute to the Swedish film director, screenwriter and author Ingmar Bergman continues on 6-9 May and 20-30 May 2011 at Cinema Massimo, with the third and final part of our great retrospective Film according to Bergman: the masterpieces of the great Swedish master, which focuses on the masterpieces of his later years.
The retrospective’s third and final part will open on Friday, 6 May 2011, at 4.30 p.m., in Cinema Massimo’s Screen Three with a screening of the film The Devil’s Eye. The festival’s programme also includes two special events: on Sunday, 22 May 2011, at 8.30 p.m., the actress Ewa Fröling will introduce the film Fanny & Alexander while the screening of Autumn Sonata on Friday, 27 May will follow a presentation of the book Bergman: The Genius, written by the journalist and author Aldo Garzia.
