A screening of the documentary Le rupi del vino (The cliffs of wine) for the festival ASPETTANDO IL SALONE DEL GUSTO E TERRA MADRE: Riflessioni tra cinema e cibo (WAITING FOR THE SALONE DEL GUSTO FOOD FAIR AND TERRA MADRE: Reflecting on film and food), video-presented by the director Ermanno Olmi.
The National Cinema Museum and Slow Food Italia present Ermanno Olmi’s latest documentary Le rupi del vino (The Cliffs of Wine) on Wednesday the 20th of October 2010 at 9 p.m. in Cinema Massimo’s Screen 3.
The film will be preceded by a video-presentation by the director, produced by Gian Luca Farinelli. Admission: 4 euros. The evening will conclude the first edition of the two-day ASPETTANDO IL SALONE DEL GUSTO E TERRA MADRE: Riflessioni tra cinema e cibo (WAITING FOR THE SALONE DEL GUSTO FOOD FAIR AND TERRA MADRE: Reflecting on film and food) festival, organised by the National Cinema Museum and Slow Food Italia on the 19th and 20th of October during the Salone del Gusto food fair and Terra Madre. This event aims to bring the general public closer, physically as well as psychologically, to the issues, problems and possible solutions that will be debated at the Salone Del Gusto food fair (www.salonedelgusto.it) and Terra Madre (www.terramadre.org) between the 21st and 25th of October 2010.
