Museums at Night at the National Museum of Cinema
National Museum of Cinema – 15 May 2010, from 9 p.m. to midnight
This year, as ever, the National Museum of Cinema is taking part in Museums at Night. This event, which began in France in 2005, has helped to create a true Europe-wide network of museums centred around a common event of high cultural value. This May, almost 2000 museums in around 40 European countries will participate in this event, which reaches extremely varied audiences.
In honour of the occasion, the museum will extend its opening hours to midnight on Saturday the 15th of May 2010 and from 9 p.m. until closing time, admission to the museum and the glass elevator will be free.
