For A MUSEUM FOR AFRICA – the cycle of events, meetings and screenings dedicated to the African continent - the National Cinema Museum presents Winds of spring. Voices, faces and places from the Arab revolts, a round table dedicated to the theme of audiovisual portrayals of the Arab revolts that mobilised northern Africa last spring, Friday 13 April 2012 at 8.30 p.m., in the meetings room at the Library/Mediatheque. To follow, screenings of the documentaries Echo by Abdelmjid El Farji and Gisella Vasta and M.A.R.E. - Storie di Mediterraneo, Arabi, Rivolte ed Europa (Tales on the Mediterranean, Arabs, Revolts and Europe) by Loris Savino, Marco di Noia and Elisa Pierandrei. Introduced by Silvio Alovisio (Turin University).
