The festival entitled THE LAST SHOW / AMERICAN SCREENS closes with a meeting with Enrico Ghezzi and a screening of the films Vanishing Point by Richard Sarafian and Jackie Brown by Quentin Tarantino.

Cinema Massimo – 11 June 2010, from 7.30 p.m.

The National Cinema Museum and  Dams - Turin University present, in conclusion of the festival entitled THE LAST SHOW / AMERICAN SCREENS, screenings of the films Vanishing Point by Richard Sarafian at 7.30 p.m. and Jackie Brown by Quentin Tarantino at 9.15 p.m.. The two screenings will be separated by an interval during which there will be a meeting with the film critic Enrico Ghezzi. Admission to this event  costs 4 euros, and 3 euros for university students.

Festival entitled THE LAST SHOW / AMERICAN SCREENS. US films over the past 40 years was organised by the National Cinema Museum, Dams – Turin University by the University group Gli Ultracorpi in connection with the North American Film History Course and the  “G. Quazza” Multimedia Workshop. The project is divided into a series of initiatives, meetings and screenings which have allowed the analysis of American films, but also of the country’s history, culture and society, through a selection of key films of the past forty years.
