Torino Film Festival
One of the most important cinema festivals on the national and international scene, Torino Film Festival offers a “young” kind of cinema, which is attentive to the innovation of the language of cinema, new authors and new trends. It has a large following amongst professionals in the sector and cinema buffs thanks to the combination of auteur movies, tributes and retrospectives. The 42 Torino Film Festival is directed by Giulio Base.
The program will be divided into six sections for a total of 120 films. Four competitive sections: the main competition, the documentary competition, the short film competition and the “Leopardian” Zibaldone (a totally free and heterogeneous space). And two non-competitive sections: the Out-of-competition and the retrospective dedicated to Marlon Brando.
