The exhibition explores how the most famous and feared dinosaur of all time has captured the collective imagination and become an iconic figure in film history.

With the exhibition “T. rex vs T. rex” – curated by Gianni Canova and Stefano Boni, in collaboration with Giaime Alonge – the Museum brings the deep time of Earth's history to the Mole Antonelliana for the first time, juxtaposing it with the time of cinema. Dinosaurs mark both the beginning and the end of the exhibition journey, which gives shape to the invisible, to what has never been seen and can only be imagined and tentatively reconstructed.

The exhibition is organized in collaboration with Theatrum Mundi, the Arezzo-based gallery founded by Luca Cableri.
