The National Cinema Museum presents SOPHISTICATED LADIES. Tribute to George Cukor.

The National Cinema Museum renders a tribute to George Cukor – the Hollywood master of romantic comedy – with a showcase titled Sophisticated Ladies. Tribute to George Cukor, from Monday 9 to Monday 30 September 2013.

 

The showcase, featuring a selection of films presented at the 2013 edition of the Festival of Locarno, is a Festival del Film Locarno project by curator Roberto Turigliatto, organised in collaboration with the National Cinema Museum and the Cinémathèque Suisse.

 

The showcase will be inaugurated Monday 9 September at 4.30 p.m. on Screen Three at the Cinema Massimo with the film screening of A bill of divorcement. Admission: 6.00/4.00/3.00 euro.
