The National Cinema Museum pays tribute to King Hu – the greatest Chinese director of martial arts films – with a retrospective entitled King of Zen: A Tribute to King Hu.
The festival will open on Tuesday, 10 January 2012 at 4.30 p.m. in Cinema Massimo’s Screen Three, with a screening of Legend of the Mountain (Shan Zhong Chuanqi), an impressive example of the wuxia genre which King Hu was a master of. Admission: 6.00/4.00/3.00 euros.
