DIALOGHI IN CORSO (TALKS IN PROGRESS): Magic for life. Meeting with Don Silvio-Mago Sales
For the occasion of the eighth edition of TURIN SPIRITUALITY (from 26 to 30 September 2012), the National Cinema Museum will host a meeting with Don Silvio - Mago Sales who will explore the theme of irony as a tool for keeping spirituality alive, in the Library/Mediatheque Events Room, Thursday 28 September 2012, at 8.30 p.m. To follow, a film screening of The Infidel by Josh Appignanesi.

First rendez-vous for the SHAKESPEARE IN HOLLYWOOD. Screenwriter Ben Hecht showcase with the film screening of Scarface by Howard Hawks, one of the top directors in Classic Hollywood, Monday 1 October at 3.30 p.m., in the Library/Mediatheque Events Room.

For the occasion of the presentation tour for the volume La trappola. L'odissea dell'emigrazione, il respingimento, la rinascita, the Cameroons writer Clariste Soh Moube will be a guest of the Mario Gromo Library/Mediatheque, Wednesday 3 October 2012 at 8.30 p.m. to recount the tale of her journey and of her testimonial-book written in 2009, recently published in Italy by Infinito Edizioni with a preface by Aminata Traoré, Dagmawi Yimer and Giulio Cederna. To follow, film screening of Heremakono (Waiting for happiness) by Abderrahmane Sissako.
