<em>American Outsider,</em> all Jim Jarmusch’s films at Cinema Massimo.<em></em>

The National Cinema Museum is holding a complete retrospective on Jim Jarmusch – considered one of the greatest independent film directors – from 31 August to 17 September 2011, entitled American Outsider: Jim Jarmusch retrospective. This tribute to the American film director is a National Cinema Museum project.

The festival will open on Wednesday, 31 August 2011 at 4.30 p.m. in Cinema Massimo’s Screen Three, with a screening of Permanent Vacation, a document directed by Jim Jarmusch at the New York film school which was immediately distributed on an international level in art film cinemas. Admission: 5.50/4.00/3.00 euros.
