Meeting dedicated to teachers with Manlio Piva and a presentation of his book Il coccodrillo luminoso e altre storie/The luminous crocodile and other stories

Wednesday, 24 February 2010, at 3.00 p.m. there will be a presentation of the book by Manlio Piva Il coccodrillo luminoso e altre storie/The luminous crocodile and other stories. Audiovisual practice and theory at school (Cinemazero Editions).  Open to a variety of educational  needs, the book introduces and accompanies the trainer in the discovery of the historical and technological development of audiovisual language, its textual specificity and its use as a conceptual and formative aid.  Rich in teaching and operating ideas,  it focuses on the necessary epistemological reflection and the learning objectives linked to electronic media and their use by young and old alike.  The author will meet with teachers and will hold an in-depth lesson on the subject.  Introduction by Roberto Zendrini.
