In making its selections within a broad filmography, featuring films that have dealt more or less directly with differing perspectives in Italian society at the time of the economic boom, this retrospective offers a critical itinerary which reflects upon a historical period charged with dreams and expectations, soon to be transformed into a frivolous, farcical facade.
