For the occasion of the European day dedicated to disability, CinemAccessible presents various screenings in favour of universal accessibility.

Cinema Massimo – 1/2 December 2015 - Screen Three

For the occasion of the European day on 3 December dedicated to disability, CinemAccessible intends to be an experimental initiative for favouring universal accessibility to culture, through film screenings with subtitles for the deaf and audio-descriptions for the blind, created with voice-synthesising software. The initiative is promoted by Turin University, which has organised the scientific and formative aspects, providing students with know-how for making the showcase films accessible, with technical collaboration by the National Cinema Museum, the Institute for Research, Formation and Rehabilitation in Macerata and NeonVideo, and thanks to the support of the Italian Blind and Sight-impaired Union onlus–Turin Province Section and the Institute for the Deaf in Turin. Admission 3 euro.
