For CULT!, two serial films that have hardly been seen in Italy: The Disappearance of Eleanor Rigby by Ned Benson and Nymphomaniac by Lars von Trier.

Cinema Massimo – from 1 to 19 July 2015 – Screen Three

The CULT! rendez-vous in July is dedicated to two films which we might define as serial and which had reduced and limited visibility in Italy. They are the legendary The Disappearance of Eleanor Rigby directed by Ned Benson, on the story of an unlucky love developed by following its two protagonists’ differing points of view and then summed up in a third film; and the scandalous Nymphomaniac diptych by Lars von Trier in the unabridged version wished by the filmmaker. Admission 6.00/4.00/3.00 euro.
