CROSSROADS presents L’eco di uno sparo. Double date with Massimo Zamboni.

Cinema Massimo – 9 June 2015 – 6.30 p.m. - Screen Three / 9.30 p.m. - Screen One

For the occasion of the release of L’eco di uno sparo (The echo of a shot), the National Cinema Museum and Giulio Einaudi Editors are presenting an entire day featuring its protagonist Massimo Zamboni, the musician (founder of the CCCP and CSI bands) and writer, at the Cinema Massimo on Tuesday 9 June, starting from 6.30 p.m.

Zamboni squares the reckoning of the murder of his Fascist grandfather by GAP partisans, thus retracing the blood-soaked history of the Emilia region. The book is linked to a documentary by Federico Spinetti, IL NEMICO – Un breviario partigiano (THE ENEMY – A partisan handbook) at 6.30 p.m. on Screen Three, and a tour in a reading-concert format at 9.30 p.m. on Screen One, in which Zamboni – accompanied by Emanuele Reverberi and Cristiano Roversi – will read excerpts from his books and perform songs from his repertoire, selected for their consistency with the featured issues.

Admission 3.00 euro for the film, 7.50 euro for the concert. Special 5.00 euro ticket for film + concert. Advance sales will be open both at the ticket-office and online from Wednesday 27 May. The special combined ticket is only available at the ticket-office.
