Liberation Day and Labour Day at the National Cinema Museum.

For the occasion of the weekends including Liberation Day (Saturday 25 April) and the Bank Holiday for Labour Day (Friday 1 May), the National Cinema Museum will be open with the following hours:

On this occasion it will be possible to visit ON THE FRONT. Cameramen and photographers recount the Great War, the intense temporary exhibition by curators Roberta Basano and Sarah Pesenti Campagnoni, which offers visitors a visual itinerary with shots and film footage by military photographers and cameramen, who show an extreme, imposing and contradictory war.

 

On the days of Saturday 25 April and Friday 1 May – a guided tour will be organised for the whole family at 6.00 p.m., by booking at this number +39 011 8138564/5/6 (working from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.), within two days prior to the date.

Admission free for juniors up to 18, reduced at 8.00 euro for their accompaniers. Tour lasting about one hour and a half, 3.50 euro per person.

 

Furthermore, during those same days, the museum is offering two play-and-learn activities addressed to children from 5 to 12, beginning from 4.00 p.m. The activities will last about 1h30’, with booking also required on number +39 011 8138.564/5/6 for a fee of € 4.00 per child, € 3.00 for Junior Card holders. Admission to the museum free for the children, while a fee of € 3.00 is foreseen for their parents and accompaniers.

 

The Family Special promotion is always valid, featuring admission to the Museum and temporary exhibition for a fee of 10.00 euro for adults and free entry for juniors up to 18.
