CROSSROADS features Giardini di Mirò, the band from Emilia, playing a live soundtrack for Il fuoco by Giovanni Pastrone and Rapsodia satanica by Nino Oxilia.

Seven years on since their memorable soundtrack for Il fuoco (The fire) by Giovanni Pastrone, the Giardini di Mirò are back in Turin with a new project linked to Rapsodia satanica (Satan’s rhapsody) by Nino Oxilia, with the print restored by the Bologna Film Archive. The event will take place on Wednesday 24 September at 9.00 p.m. on Screen One at the Cinema Massimo.
This occasion will also feature a new screening of The fire, which will soon be published on dvd with original music by this band from Emilia. Two sets of absolutely unmissable live music, in the year of Cabiria’s centenary. Advance ticket sales from 1st September. Admission 10.00/8.00 euro.
