The National Cinema Museum “Mario Gromo” Library/Mediatheque is organising a studies day dedicated to Alberto Friedemann for TALKS IN PROGRESS, titled ITALIAN SILENT CINEMA - Evaluation and research prospects, on Wednesday 7 May 2014 at 3.00 p.m. The occasion will feature the presentation of the volume Introduzione al cinema muto italiano (Introduction to Italian silent cinema) by Silvio Alovisio and Giulia Carluccio, UTET 2014 and of the magazine Immagine. Note di Storie del Cinema (Images. Notes on Cinema History) n. 8, AIRSC 2013. The book and the magazine include the last two contributions published by Alberto Friedemann.
