THE EMPEROR OF ROME. Tribute to Alberto Sordi ten years from his demise.

The National Cinema Museum renders tribute to Alberto Sordi – the Italian cinema actor, dubber and director considered one of the giants of Italian comedy - from Monday 6 to Sunday 26 May 2013, with an ample showcase titled The emperor of Rome. Tribute to Alberto Sordi for the anniversary of his demise ten years ago.

 

The tribute to Alberto Sordi will be inaugurated Monday 6 May at 4.30 p.m. on Screen Three at the Cinema Massimo, with the screening of I Vitelloni, Federico Fellini’s masterpiece, in which the actor was the protagonist.

This showcase is a project by the National Cinema Museum organised thanks to support by CSC – Cineteca Nazionale, which preserves the Alberto Sordi Foundation legacy.
