Cinema Massimo – 11 December 2016, 8.30 p.m. – Screen One

The National Cinema Museum is pleased to host the Turin premiere of Monica Affatato’s new film, Enrico Rava. Note necessarie (Enrico Rava. Necessary notes) about the most famed Italian trumpet-player worldwide at the Cinema Massimo, on Sunday 11 December at 8.30 p.m. on Screen One. The film, which was presented in June at the Biografilm Festival, is set to be released theatrically in January 2017, distributed by Wanted.

 

The premiere at the Massimo is organised by Cinefonie and Pierrot e la rosa, the National Cinema Museum, and Film Commission Torino Piemonte, in collaboration with SeeYouSound and Jazz Re Found.

Director Monica Affatato and Paolo Manera will attend the introduction. Before the screening, Enrico Rava will offer the public a short set, together with guitarist Roberto Cecchetto. Admission 5.00 euro.
