The Metropolis Film Association of Orbassano is proud to present the western short film Along The River at the Cinema Massimo. The short film protagonist is actor Franco Nero, an icon of this genre.
Entirely shot in the province of Turin, and in English, in September 2015, Along The River garnered the Special Marquee Award at the American Movie Awards in 2016 and is now touring various national and international festivals. The young director and scriptwriter Daniele Nicolosi, the other two main actors Lorenzo Robino and Raffaele Musella, producers Paolo Nicolosi and Alfredo Di Maio and the author of the story which inspired the short, Giampaolo Galli, will be attending the screening. Admission free.
