Short films by Lotte Reiniger and Princes et princesses by Michel Ocelot for Incanti XXVenti

For the occasion of the 2013 edition of INCANTI International Figure Theatre Festival, the National Cinema Museum welcomes this invitation to celebrate the twentieth anniversary of this event with enthusiasm and commitment, as it has become one of the references for European Figure Theatre over the years.

For this occasion the Museum is proposing an event-evening dedicated to Lotte Reiniger and Michel Ocelot, two pivotal figures within animation cinema in the past and the present, who both highlight similarities between the languages of film animation and  figurine theatre in their work, on Wednesday 2 October 2013 at 8.30 p.m. on Screen Three at the Cinema Massimo.
