Michael Cimino’s “The Deer Hunter” opens the “THE LAST SHOW/AMERICAN SCREENS: US films of the last 40 years” festival

The National Museum of Cinema and Dams - University of the Performing Arts, University of Turin present THE LAST SHOW/AMERICAN SCREENS: US films of the last 40 years festival. This event is the result of cooperation between the two institutions and is being organised by the university group "Gli Ultracorpi", presided over by Giulia Carluccio. Nello Rassu has organised those events held at the "G. Quazza" Laboratory. The festival will open on Friday, the 15th January 2010 at 8.45pm in Cinema Massimo's Screen 3 with a screening of the film The Deer Hunter by Michael Cimino, introduced and presented to the public by the film director Daniele Gaglianone and the film critic Gianni Volpi.
